1. New: E-Invoice Overview Dashboard
The overview dashboard will now summarize the types of e-Invoices (Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note, and Refund Note) showing their respective counts and displaying the status of each e-Invoice.

1.1. Operator View: E-Invoice > Overview Menu
 
1.2. Operator View: Company > Manage System Roles & Admin
a. Module rights have been added for the E-Invoice Overview Dashboard.
 
1.3. Operator View: E-Invoice > Overview
a. Operators can filter by the following criteria:
    1. Start Date & End Date (based on submission date and time)
    2. Document Status (Submitted, Valid, Invalid, and Cancelled)
2. Introducing the Resubmit Feature in E-Invoice Record
For e-Invoices resulting in an "Invalid" status, operators can resubmit the e-Invoice on behalf of the user.

2.1. Operator View: E-Invoice > Record
a. Operators can click on the "View" icon to review the e-Invoice document details.
 
b. To review the error, operators can click the "View Error" button.
 
c. To edit the submission details, operators can click the "Resubmit" button.
 
d. After completing the form, clicking the "Resubmit" button will submit the updated e-Invoice to LHDN.
 
e. Once resubmitted, the "Invalid" e-Invoice will display the message "This record has been resubmitted".
3. New: Cancel Feature in E-Invoice Record
For e-Invoices with a "Valid" status, cancellation is allowed within 72 hours.

3.1. Operator View: E-Invoice > Record
a. Operators can click the "View" icon to view the details of a "Valid" e-Invoice record.
 
b. Click the "Cancel E-Invoice" button.
 
c. Enter the reason for cancellation, then click the "Cancel E-Invoice" button to confirm.
 
d. Once the cancellation is successful, the status will change from "Valid" to "Cancelled", and a new section will display the reason for cancellation.
 
e. If the cancellation fails, the system will display the corresponding error message.
4. Introducing Credit Note, Debit Note and Refund Note Feature in E-Invoice Record
For e-Invoices validated after 72 hours, operators can create a Credit Note, Debit Note, or Refund Note to adjust the original e-Invoice.

4.1. Operator View: E-Invoice > Record
a. Operators can click the "View" icon to view the details of a "Valid" e-Invoice record.
b. Operators can click either "Credit Note", "Refund Note", or "Debit Note" to make adjustment on the original e-Invoice.
 
4.1.1. Credit Note Workflow
a. Click on the "Credit Note" option for the validated e-Invoice.
 
b. Operators can click the "Proceed" button to confirm and submit the credit note to MyInvois once they have confirmed the details.
 
c. Operators can review the buyer's details, which are pre-filled by the system from the original e-Invoice.
 
d. At least one item from the original e-Invoice must be selected to continue.
 
e. Operators can edit item details, including Product/Service, Quantity, Unit Price, Discount Description, Discount, and Tax Rate, with the system automatically populating the relevant values.
 
f. Once everything has been reviewed, operators can proceed with the submission.
 
4.1.2. Debit Note & Refund Note Workflow
The following workflow is using Refund Note.

a. Click on the "Refund Note" option available for the validated e-Invoice, then click "Proceed".
 
b. Operators can review the buyer's details, which are pre-filled by the system from the original e-Invoice.
 
c. If there are no items to select from the original e-Invoice, operators can proceed to the next step.
 
d. Operators can add new items by clicking the add button shown below.
 
e. Operators can also delete the newly added item. However, selected items from the original e-Invoice cannot be deleted.
 
f. Operators can proceed with the submission after all details have been reviewed.
 
4.1.3. After Submission Workflow
a. Operators can download validated Credit Note, Debit Note, or Refund Note.
 
b. Operators can cancel a validated Credit Note, Debit Note, or Refund Note.
 
c. The original e-Invoice reference document displays the Document UUID (a unique document ID assigned by MyInvois). Operators can click on the UUID to view the original e-Invoice document details.
5. Added E-Invoice Effective Date Setting
The system will automatically initiate the submission process based on the configured settings.

5.1. Company > System Settings > E-Invoice Settings
a. Operators can configure the E-Invoice Effective Date.
 
b. Operators are not permitted to edit the E-Invoice Effective Date if the current date is on or after the set effective date.
      For example, if the E-Invoice Effective Date is set to 2024-10-01 and the current date is 2024-10-02, operators cannot make any edits, as the submission process began on 2024-10-01.
6. Payment Record Enhancements for e-Invoice
Operators can review the e-Invoice status requested by user within the payment record module.

6.1. Operator View: Record > Payment
a. E-Invoice Status: "Invalid" & "Cancelled" Statuses have been added.
 
6.1.1. Operator View: Record > Payment > Entry Basis
a. Entry basis records with "Invalid " e-Invoice status.
 
b. Entry basis records with "Cancelled" e-Invoice status.
 
6.1.2. Operator View: Record > Payment > Season Pass
a. Season pass records with "Invalid" e-Invoice status.
 
b. Season pass records with "Cancelled" e-Invoice status.
 
6.1.3. Operator View: Record > Payment > Valet Parking
a. Operators can download receipts for valet parking records.
 
b. Valet parking records with "Invalid " e-Invoice status.
 
c. Valet parking records with "Cancelled" e-Invoice status.
7. User Season Pass Bills Enhancements for e-Invoice
Users can track the e-Invoice status directly within the season pass billing records.

7.1. User View: Account > Season Pass
a. E-Invoice Status: "Invalid" & "Cancelled" statuses have been added.
8. Changes on Taxpayer TIN field in E-Invoice Request Form
a. In the Personal Section: The TIN field has been removed.
b. In the Company Section: Stricter validation rules have been introduced for the Taxpayer TIN (Tax Identification Number) field to ensure it follows the correct format.

8.1. User View: Account > Profile > E-Invoice Information
a. Users can pre-configure their e-Invoice information to request an e-Invoice at a later time.
 
8.2. User View: Account > Season Pass & Season Pass Application
Users can request an e-Invoice during the season pass purchase or renewal process for a company pass.

8.3. User View: Account > Season Pass > Bills
Users can request an e-Invoice within the season pass billing module.
 
8.4. User View: LPR QR Payment Page & e-Invoice Record Portal
Users can request an e-Invoice for their casual parking record.
Parking App
1. (New) Receipt
A new receipt module has been added for users to search parking records and request e-invoices.
2. Bills
a. Validated e-invoices can now be downloaded.
b. The status of cancelled/invalid e-invoices is displayed.
3. General
a. The e-Invoice TIN field has been hidden in personal profiles.
 
b. Android SDK upgraded from 33 to 34
Officer
1. General
a. The offline payment option has been removed and replaced with a cash payment option.
b. Android SDK upgraded from 33 to 34.
