1. New Features Release Notification
A new pop-up notification is added to inform users of the latest updates and enhancements. Users can click on the button to view the new feature release details.

2. Introduce Rate Override Feature
This new function allows operators to provide discounted rates for their in-house guests.

2.1. Operator View: Parking Rule > Vehicle Group
a. A new module, ‘Vehicle Group’, is created to enable operators to manage information about vehicle groups and their associated charging rates. The charging rate for a vehicle group will take precedence over the charging rate set for a parking zone.
 
b. Click on ‘+’ to create a new vehicle group.
 
c. Operators can choose a charge rate for each of the vehicle groups.
 
2.2. Officer View: Rate Override Module
d. A new module has been added to allow operators to configure discounts for entry rates.

2.3. Entry Basis Charge Rate Calculation
e. The system calculation now supports rate overrides based on the vehicle group and rate override module.
3. Corporate Pass Count
This feature enables operators to cross-check the total number of used passes per corporate client in a single view.

3.1. Operator View: Season Pass > Manage Corporate Clients
a. Introduced a new ‘Free Pass In Used’ column to display the total active free access passes utilized.
 
b. Operators can click on the numbers below the ‘free passes in use’ column to view further details.
 
c. Corporate clients who are currently using either a season pass or free pass cannot be deleted.
 
d. The ‘Season Pass Max Count’ that controls the purchase limits for the corporate client does not include the Free Access Pass Count.
4. Enhancements for Free Access Pass Import
4.1. Operator View: Season Pass > Free Access Pass > Import
a. Added: Expiry Date as optional field - this enables operators to configure an expiry date for the free access pass.
 
b. Updated: Set ‘Login Username’ as optional - Operators can leave this field blank when importing data.
5. Automate Process for Season Pass Company Admin Join / Invite Requests
5.1. Invite a User as Company Admin
5.1.1. Operator View: Season Pass > Manage Corporate Clients > Manage Company Admin

a. An operator can invite a new user to join the corporate client as a company admin.
 
b. Operators can find the invited user under ‘Manage Company Admin’ with an ‘Inactive’ status.
 
5.1.2. User View: Email
c. The invited user will receive an email prompting them to register with TimeTec Parking.
 
d. After registration, users can proceed to manage the company passes.
 
5.2. User Requests to Join As Company Admin
5.2.1. User View: Account > Season Pass > Season Pass Application

a. User requests to join as a company admin.
 
5.2.2. Operator View: Season Pass > Manage Application
b. An operator can click the ‘Approve’ button to accept the user's request.
 
5.2.3. User View: Season Pass
c. Once approved, the user can proceed to purchase or manage the passes as a company admin.

5.2.4. Operator View: Season Pass > Manage Corporate Clients > Manage Company Admin
d. An operator can review the assignment for the corporate clients after approving the request.

7. Introduce more options for ‘Auto Delete Incomplete Entry (Days)’
7.1. Operator View: Company > System Setting
a. Updated from [7, 14, 30] to [1, 2, 3, 7, 14, 15], and the system will remove the entry record without payment according to the days applied in this option.
8. Season Pass Lost Card Feature - Include the capability for purchasers to report lost cards on behalf of the season pass user
8.1. User View: Season Pass > Manage
a. Added ‘Report Lost Card’ Button - Allows users to report a lost card for all types of passes including individual, company and public passes. Only card numbers with Active / Overdue status are allowed to report lost cards.
 
b. Users can review the payment details after clicking the ‘Report Lost Card’ button and confirm to proceed by making a payment.
 
8.2. Operator View: Records > Payment > Lost Card
c. Operators can review the payment for the lost card request here.
 
8.3. Operator View: Season Pass > Manage Season Pass
d. After the user reports a lost card, the operator can proceed to review the ‘Pending Card Change’ request.
 
e. Operators can assign a new card number to the new season pass.
 
f. The season pass will then be updated from ‘Pending Card Change’ to ‘Active’.
9. Lost Card Records Feature - Allow operators to review the lost card record logs
9.1 Operator View: Season Pass > Manage Season Pass
a. The ‘Card No’ under its column is now clickable to view the detailed log.
 
10. Integration with Amano LPR Device
10.1. Operator View: Device > Manage LPR
a. Operators can now configure Amano LPR in the Amano Parking Server.
 
b. Services are ready to support Amano LPR.
11. Enhancements for Transaction Details - Introducing new fields such as car plate number, entry card number, season pass username and payment card number.
a. These changes are reflected in the Dashboard, Payment, Abnormal Payment and Monitoring Module.
12. Introducing New Parking Method For Ticketing Machine
12.1. Operator View: Record > Payment
a. Added ‘Casual Parking(TPK3)’ to indicate entries using the ticket machine.
13. Introducing New Payment Channel For Cashier Transaction
a. Added ‘LPS/POS(C)’ to indicate payments made via cashier POS.

16. Language Retranslate - Rectifying incorrect translations for ‘Season Pass’ in Mandarin and Malay.
a. For Malay, Pas Musim is retranslated to Pas Bulanan
