a. When ‘Allow User Update Season Access Info’ is set to ‘Allow’, users can edit their vehicle number and card number.
i. For individual passes, the vehicle registration number dropdown will load the user’s vehicle from their profile. Users can then select vehicles from the list or enter a custom vehicle number as needed.

| ii. For company and public group passes, vehicle registration numbers will not be retrieved from individual user profiles to safeguard user privacy. |

b. When 'Allow User Update Season Access Info' is set to 'Deny', users are restricted from editing vehicle numbers and card numbers.
i. For normal users who are not permitted to edit the pass, an indicator will be displayed explaining why the field is not editable.

2. Free Access Pass - Integrated an Excel file Import and Export function
